Singing and Storms

Lisa Harper-Brown sings

I drew the lovely Lisa Harper-Brown as she sang for the Wagner Society of NSW some time ago.

The society later used the picture on an event brochure and ever since then I seem to have become a sort of unofficial artist for them.

Below is my latest effort ... an online collage. It advertises an event on 25 August at the Mosman Art Gallery in Sydney. Come if you can!

Napier Requiem

My computer died recently and I had to upgrade. When you upgrade there are always problems and my shareware for making picture galleries no longer works.  I just made a gallery for recent pictures which took ages. Before I do any more I will have to investigate new software. What a nuisance.

Never mind .... the paintings and sketches I made in Napier at the Requiem rehearsals are now online at www.artsmitten.com

Wagner at Christmas

On 11 November the NSW Wagner Society is having a Christmas party at the Mosman Art Gallery and their poster features a sketch of Lisa Harper-Brown that I did at a Wagner Society early in the year.  Come along if you are interested in hearing songs sung by two wonderful singers.
