Neckargemünd

There are a lot of vibrant small to medium sized towns in Germany and Neckargemünd is a good example. It is one of a string of pretty towns along the Neckar River to the East of Heidelberg. The town square hosts a farmer´s market twice a week but there is no room to park. Streets leading to the square are so narrow the large local buses have to inch their way through.
The local bakery.
This is one of a row of tiny houses built into the city wall. They are so narrow the top story has been built wider and juts out along the front.
